ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 60 g according to hazelnuts
  • 40 g of melted butter
  • 80 g of flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g strawberries (it's strawberry time!)
  • 4 tablespoons apricot liqueur (Apricot juice does it too)
  • 250 ml of cream

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Beat the egg whites with lemon juice very stiff. Gradually add sugar to trickle.
  3. Then gently grate the nuts, lukewarm butter and flour.
  4. Grease the mold with the melted butter, add the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Pile on a wire rack and let cool.
  6. Clean strawberries and leave as intact as possible. Drizzle with sugar and liqueur or juice and leave to simmer.
  7. After 20 minutes pour off the juice and drizzle on the cake bottom.
  8. Then put the fruits close to the cake.
  9. Decorate with the stiff whipped cream.
