Soft macaroon ground with strawberries

ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 60 g according to hazelnuts
- 40 g of melted butter
- 80 g of flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 500 g strawberries (it's strawberry time!)
- 4 tablespoons apricot liqueur (Apricot juice does it too)
- 250 ml of cream
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Beat the egg whites with lemon juice very stiff. Gradually add sugar to trickle.
- Then gently grate the nuts, lukewarm butter and flour.
- Grease the mold with the melted butter, add the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
- Pile on a wire rack and let cool.
- Clean strawberries and leave as intact as possible. Drizzle with sugar and liqueur or juice and leave to simmer.
- After 20 minutes pour off the juice and drizzle on the cake bottom.
- Then put the fruits close to the cake.
- Decorate with the stiff whipped cream.
