Cup recipe for fruit cake - when it needs to go fast
For the dough:
4 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup mineral water
1 cup of oil (I take olive oil)
4 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder (more)
For the sprinkles:
3 cups of flour
200g margarine
1 cup of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 packet of vanilla pudding
As topping: apples with raisins, peaches or cherries.
Mix the dough ingredients well, place on a greased baking tray, cover with fruit and spread the crumble on top.
Bake everything together in a preheated oven at 180 ° C - 190 ° C for 20 - 30 minutes.
You can also make a crumble with pudding, just bake without fruit, cut open and fill with pudding.
