Cup cake with tangerines

Dough:

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of mineral water
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

Mix all ingredients well with the blender. Spread the dough in a dripping pan and bake at 175 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.

Covering:

  • 4 canned tangerines (drain well)
  • Beat 2 cups of sweet cream (500 ml) with 2 tbsp vanilla sugar until stiff.
  • 2 cups of sour cream (500 ml)
  • Carefully stir the whipped cream with the sour cream, cut the mandarins into small pieces and fold in.
  • Roast 100 g of almond flakes in a frying pan without fat, let cool and sprinkle on the cream masses.
  • Finally, sprinkle the cake with a sugar-cinnamon mixture.
