Cup cake with tangerines

Dough:
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of mineral water
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Mix all ingredients well with the blender. Spread the dough in a dripping pan and bake at 175 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
Covering:
- 4 canned tangerines (drain well)
- Beat 2 cups of sweet cream (500 ml) with 2 tbsp vanilla sugar until stiff.
- 2 cups of sour cream (500 ml)
- Carefully stir the whipped cream with the sour cream, cut the mandarins into small pieces and fold in.
- Roast 100 g of almond flakes in a frying pan without fat, let cool and sprinkle on the cream masses.
- Finally, sprinkle the cake with a sugar-cinnamon mixture.
