Nut nougat spread with coffee flavor

I once ate a very delicious Nussnugat spread with coffee flavor. Unfortunately, there was then no longer to buy. Now I have found the recipe:
ingredients
- 150 g half-bitter couverture
- 50 g of nut nougat
- 1-2 tsp of soluble coffee powder
- 200 g of whipped cream
preparation
- Chop couverture and nut nougat in pieces, stir in a water bath on low heat to a smooth mass.
- Stir coffee powder into the cream and bring to a boil while stirring in a saucepan, boil briefly.
- Using the whisk stir the coffee cream mix under the chocolate mixture, allow to cool slightly and place in a closable container.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
Also suitable as a souvenir!
