Fast apple pie - low in calories
This quick apple pie is made without butter, but with sour cream. This saves a lot of calories without sacrificing flavor. It is important to use a good apple variety (sweet and sour). I prefer Boskop or Bräburn. If it's urgent, the apple pie is ready in half an hour!
ingredients
- 2 - 3 eggs (depending on size)
- 100 g of sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 p. Vanilla sugar
- 1 P. baking powder
- 4 - 6 apples (peeled, gutted, cut into small slits)
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except the apples, with the blender at the highest level for 2 minutes to a smooth, thick dough.
- Cover large baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the dough on it and cover nicely with the apple slices. If you want, you can also spread almonds on it.
- Put the tin in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
Tastes lukewarm and still good the next day.
