Fast apple pie - low in calories

This quick apple pie is made without butter, but with sour cream. This saves a lot of calories without sacrificing flavor. It is important to use a good apple variety (sweet and sour). I prefer Boskop or Bräburn. If it's urgent, the apple pie is ready in half an hour!

ingredients

  • 2 - 3 eggs (depending on size)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 P. baking powder
  • 4 - 6 apples (peeled, gutted, cut into small slits)

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the apples, with the blender at the highest level for 2 minutes to a smooth, thick dough.
  3. Cover large baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the dough on it and cover nicely with the apple slices. If you want, you can also spread almonds on it.
  4. Put the tin in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.

Tastes lukewarm and still good the next day.
