Spaghetti-salad

We all like to eat this spaghetti salad cold for grilling, but it is also a quick lunch, e.g. lukewarm. And best of all, he's also pretty cheap, under 3 euros.

ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 350 ml vegetable stock (strong)
  • 1 bunch of chives, a little parsley, salt and a pinch of pepper

preparation

  1. The spaghetti is cooked in salted water according to the package instructions, maybe one minute less.
  2. In the meantime, the vegetable broth is put into a bowl and mixed well with the sour cream, sour cream and the chopped chives, parsley.
  3. Drain the spaghetti, drain and add.
  4. The whole thing with salt and a little pepper to taste and let about 20 minutes, now either eat warm, or well chilled from the fridge. Warm up in the microwave, it tastes great too.
  5. If you want, you can also add half cherry tomatoes, or peas to suit your taste.
