Spaghetti-salad

We all like to eat this spaghetti salad cold for grilling, but it is also a quick lunch, e.g. lukewarm. And best of all, he's also pretty cheap, under 3 euros.
ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 350 ml vegetable stock (strong)
- 1 bunch of chives, a little parsley, salt and a pinch of pepper
preparation
- The spaghetti is cooked in salted water according to the package instructions, maybe one minute less.
- In the meantime, the vegetable broth is put into a bowl and mixed well with the sour cream, sour cream and the chopped chives, parsley.
- Drain the spaghetti, drain and add.
- The whole thing with salt and a little pepper to taste and let about 20 minutes, now either eat warm, or well chilled from the fridge. Warm up in the microwave, it tastes great too.
- If you want, you can also add half cherry tomatoes, or peas to suit your taste.
