Feta and pepper spread

This feta-paprika spread, also suitable as a dip, can be prepared very quickly and tastes even the little ones.

ingredients

  • 200 g of feta
  • 1 jar of pickled paprika or tomato paprika
  • Sour cream, quark or yoghurt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper and chives
  • some Milk

preparation

Dice the onion and the pepper, chop the garlic and chop the feta coarsely. Then stir the sour cream, or something of everything, with creamy milk. Then add the remaining ingredients and season. Mix everything together well. Finished.

The recipe is very easy to modify. If you add bacon or ham, cheese and possibly roasted onions, everything on bread and baked, you have a warm meal. Another salad. Delicious.
