Solyanka or leftovers soup

for 4 people

1 large onion, 150g sausage / meat leftovers (as needed), 1 tsp clear broth,
3 small gherkins, 1 paprika (to taste), 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon

Cut the onion and sausage / meat leftovers into pieces or slices.
Fry the onion and sausage with clear broth to remove.
Add tomato paste and water to make it look like soup or stew.
Dice the pepper and sour cucumbers and add.
Season with spices and lemon, sour cream to thicken
FINISHED.
