Dessert from sponge cake residues - use cake residues

We never used to throw anything away, it was a sin, so to speak. Also, I used Rührkuchenreste in this way, as dessert:
ingredients
- Remains of the Rürkuchen
- Small cut fruits by offer & choice
- Pudding or cream
- Some juice
- Chocolate sprinkles, colorful sprinkles, cocoa powder, ground coffee, previously roasted oatmeal, chopped nuts, etc.
preparation
- Moisten glass bowls with a little juice
- Crumble the cake
- Put the pudding or cream over it
- Then add the finely chopped fruits, possibly some juice
- Then another cake, pudding or cream layer as a conclusion
- Then garnish with ingredients of your choice / refine or again sprinkle fruits and nuts
- Cool down
- Serve as a dessert, also fits the Kafffee cake instead.
