Stuffed kohlrabi

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 2 kohlrabi a 250g
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 cup of country cream
  • 75 g Camembert
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml cream
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • for greasing the form about 1 teaspoon butter

preparation

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and the carrot, wash and then put in a pot of salted water, cook for 15 minutes. Then remove and let cool.
  2. Cut the carrot into small cubes, hollow out the kohlrabi well, then chop the inside out.
  3. Unleash the Camembert, cut into small pieces and crush with the fork.
  4. Stir Lanrahm creamy, mix with camembert, stir in the cream and egg, gently mix in the kohlrabi pieces and carrot cubes and season with the spices until spicy, then parsley and fill into the hollowed kohlrabi.
  5. Grease the casserole dish with the butter and then add the rest of the stuffing, place the stuffed kohlrabi and bake in a preheated oven at 175-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
