Gingerbread liqueur

Just found a quick recipe in a newspaper, tried it and I want to share it with you.
ingredients
- 100 g sieved powdered sugar
- 100 g chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 200 ml of grain
- 400 ml of cream
- 50 ml of milk (for the conscience I think :))
- 3 coated TL gingerbread spice
?Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and stir in the cream and milk.
- Stir in the icing sugar until it is completely dissolved.
- Now the gingerbread spice and the corn.
- If you want, you can still add bourbon vanilla (grinder or fresh from the pod). I imagine myself also very delicious.
- Put everything in a sterile bottle and store in the refrigerator.
According to the recipe, the whole keeps 2-3 months, if it were not so delicious!
The whole results in about 0.7 liters. I wish you all a nice 1st Advent
