Gingerbread liqueur

Just found a quick recipe in a newspaper, tried it and I want to share it with you.

ingredients

  • 100 g sieved powdered sugar
  • 100 g chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 200 ml of grain
  • 400 ml of cream
  • 50 ml of milk (for the conscience I think :))
  • 3 coated TL gingerbread spice

?Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and stir in the cream and milk.
  2. Stir in the icing sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  3. Now the gingerbread spice and the corn.
  4. If you want, you can still add bourbon vanilla (grinder or fresh from the pod). I imagine myself also very delicious.
  5. Put everything in a sterile bottle and store in the refrigerator.

According to the recipe, the whole keeps 2-3 months, if it were not so delicious!

The whole results in about 0.7 liters. I wish you all a nice 1st Advent
