- 800 g of zucchini
- 800 g jam sugar 2: 1
- 1 organic lemon
- 10 g of ginger root
preparation
- The zucchini is peeled, gutted and coarsely grated, then sprinkle the gelling sugar
- Wash the lemon and grate the skin, then halve and squeeze out the juice, adding the juice to the whole lemon
- Finally, rub ginger and add 10 g of grated ginger
- Cook everything together for 3 minutes and fill into glasses
