Ginger-zucchini marmalade

ingredients

  • 800 g of zucchini
  • 800 g jam sugar 2: 1
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 10 g of ginger root

preparation

  1. The zucchini is peeled, gutted and coarsely grated, then sprinkle the gelling sugar
  2. Wash the lemon and grate the skin, then halve and squeeze out the juice, adding the juice to the whole lemon
  3. Finally, rub ginger and add 10 g of grated ginger
  4. Cook everything together for 3 minutes and fill into glasses
