Chocolate icing made of dark chocolate and cream. It is a very quick recipe with success guarantee (sufficient for at least one sheet).

ingredients

  • 200 ml of cream
  • 4 dark chocolate (I always take the cheapest)

preparation

  1. Pour the cream into a suitable saucepan.
  2. Divide the chocolate into a few pieces (to make it faster).
  3. Add the chocolate to the cold cream and dissolve with constant stirring (highest level in the range).
  4. Bring it to a boil and you're done (beware, it's very fast).
  5. On dry cakes and cookies, the glaze can be painted immediately.
  6. When I prepare cake with buttercream, I wait a little (about 3 minutes) and then paint the icing on it.
