Potatoes with scrambled egg filling

The stuffed potatoes with scrambled egg filling are delicious and full. You do not need more than potatoes, eggs, a bit of parsley and chives, who might still like roasted onions.
We also like to cut ham cubes and put them in, everything is possible, depending on your taste.
Let the potatoes cook, but not as long as normal, should be a little firmer, because they must later in the oven, it should be if possible already larger potatoes choose.
Drain the water and let the potatoes cool, then use a tablespoon or teaspoon to hollow out the potatoes and open an egg, which is then added to the hollowed-out potato.
Season with salt, pepper, chilli as you like, spread some chives and parsley or other herbs on it and then put it in the oven (slowly put on a baking grid lined with baking paper), on a middle rack about 200 degrees 15 minutes.
