Spaghetti with tomatoes and mushrooms

You take:

ingredients

  • 500g spaghetti (or the favorite noodle variety of your choice)
  • a glass / or 250 - 500g fresh mushrooms
  • 3 - 4 automatic tomatoes
  • a little bit crispy (max 1 toe)
  • a small onion
  • Seasoned Salt
  • normal salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • soy sauce
  • maybe some milk

preparation

Cook pasta as usual.
Meanwhile chop the onion and Knofi small and fry in a pan briefly glassy. Add mushrooms and sauté. Stir in finished pasta and continue frying. Add the above spices, do not be frugal! Taste it as you please.

Stir in the tomatoes and fry for a short time, not too long, otherwise it will be soggy.

If you like, you can add a dash of milk, which gives the whole a certain sauce character.

Delicious without end, I eat at least twice a week, because it's quick, cheap and satisfying.
