Delicious Jaromaki soup

For those who are interested in the hCG cure or for low-fat and low-calorie foods. Per serving, this Jaromaki soup meal has just about 180 kcal and is virtually fat-free.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 600 g Jaromaki cabbage (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 kohlrabi (cut small cubes)
- 400 g chicken breast (Carefully cut off fat residues) in coarse pieces
- Water as needed
- 3 - 4 teaspoons fat-free vegetable brewing powder (for hCG also sugar-free - I made mine myself)
- 1 tsp Sambal Olek
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste (sugar free for hCG)
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Salt, pepper, paprika, TK or fresh herbs, garlic at will
preparation
- Cook meat with a little water and 1 teaspoon of brewing powder in the microwave for approx. 6 minutes at 700 W or cook it traditionally on the stove.
- In the meantime, chop vegetables. Cut meat a little bit smaller.
- Cook everything in a large pot for about 15 - 20 minutes, until the cabbage is cooked. Taste and finally add the herbs.
