Low-calorie, satiety dish: vegetable rice with steak

Here comes a low calorie recipe that tastes good and at the same time still good!
ingredients

- 3 zucchini
- 1 glass of white thick beans (it can be green or red)
- 3-4 carrots
- 1 vegetable onion
- 1 red, yellow and green peppers each
- Rice (like brown rice), quantity at will / persons
- 1 steak
- Pepper (coarse), salt, turmeric, paprika or curry
- 2 teaspoons vegetable broth
- coconut oil
preparation
- The rice is cooked according to the package in salted water with the addition of turmeric.
- The vegetables are cleaned, the carrots possibly pre-cooked in the rice water and placed in a pan / wok in hot coconut oil and strongly fried.
- Dissolve 2 teaspoon vegetable stock / broth in a cup of hot water and add to the pan, mix well and simmer. The vegetables should not be overcooked and still be firm.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika or curry.
- Roast any kind of steak in a separate pan as usual, season for about 10 minutes after frying in aluminum foil (this is recommended in a preheated oven, which should not be switched on separately.) If you have a microwave with baking function has or a small oven can use this).
- Serve separately with the drained rice on the plate and serve the steak with it. It also tastes great to mix the vegetables with the rice.
