Sauce hollandaise something gefaket

Sauce hollandaise somewhat faket, but made quickly, spicy and exceptional.

I like to cook and a lot and fresh, but from time to time I mix fresh products with finished goods and so I have a whole collection of "tastes like homemade, but is cheated a bit". The favorite is this hollandaise, it goes well with asparagus, cauliflower, hard eggs and much more.

On Saturday we had a dinner party, there was this hollandaise asparagus, and a very critical cook said, you can taste it, that this hollandaise is homemade. I did not say anything, only smiled, that was not swindle, right?


That's how it's done: (for 4 people)

2 sachets of Asal Sauce Hollandaise calorie-reduced, are stirred with the whisk into a 1/2 l lukewarm milk.

In addition, with constant stirring:


2 teaspoons of salt capers, a small dried chilli pepper without seeds (about 1 cm, slightly grated)

... or a small piripiri, cut small

2 tsp sea salt butter (I take that from le President)


2 drops of lemon or lime, some grated peel.

The whole thing is then heated with constant beating, it is really frothy. Once it is puffed up, remove from heat and serve immediately.

Another variant is a little less milk, but in the end a shot of prosecco under it (I had tried when I had a broken bottle in the kitchen) white wine is also, but the Secco it is a little more frothy.
