Turkey thighs with vegetables and potatoes from the oven

Turkey thighs are very cheap and always good for a tasty meal.
Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 1 big turkey leg
- 2-3 zucchini
- 2-3 carrots
- some dried tomatoes (not preserved in oil)
- 1-2 fresh tomatoes
- 4-5 potatoes
- 3 onions
- 1/4 L white wine
- 1/2 L chicken fund
- 3-4 peppers
- rosemary
- bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
- Frying fat or oil
preparation
- Wash the turkey leg, dry, season well with salt and pepper, sauté vigorously with rosemary needles and bay leaves in a roasting pan on the stove from all sides.
- In the meantime, clean the vegetables and dice them in pieces that are not too small so that they do not crumble so quickly.
- Peel and quarter the onions and separate each layer.
- If the meat has taken on all sides of color, add onions, sun-dried tomatoes and carrots, deglaze with stock / broth and cook in the oven with closed lid for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
- After this time, add the potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Now add the zucchini pieces and tomatoes.
- Switch off the oven? Use residual heat for approx. 10 minutes.
- Take the roasting pan out of the oven, catch the brew and return the vegetables to the roasting pan.
- Brown the turkey leg and the vegetables with grill function for approx. 10 minutes. The meat core temperature should have reached 90 degrees.
- Maybe thicken the broth; Spicing is usually not necessary, as the vegetables contribute a great deal to the taste.
Now carve the thigh, add sauce (if desired) and vegetables with the potatoes separately.
