This vegetable dish in the Californian style? It's not only easy to make and super fast, it's also cheap, delicious and healthy, as I've used a pack of frozen pancakes.

Since frozen vegetables are blanched immediately after harvest and flash frozen to minus 30 to 50 degrees, most of the vitamins and other valuable ingredients are retained, whereas fresh vegetables usually go a long way from harvest to pan important vitamins and ingredients are lost. Also, storage at room temperature or in the refrigerator may result in further loss of vitamins!

Ingredients for 3 servings
