The simplest dessert in the world

Ingredients about 4 servings

  • 1 pck of coconut biscuit
  • 500 g of natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup (200 g) sweet cream
  • 500 g cherry porridge (available in the supermarket)

preparation

Just put the rusk in a bowl. Mix the cream (unbeaten) with the yoghurt with a whisk and pour over the rusk. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Shortly before serving the red groats over it - done. Tastes super light and refreshingly delicious.

Extra tip:

If you like calorie-reduced, just replace some of the cream with milk.
