Gozleme (Turkish dumplings baked in a pan)

Recipe for about 18 dumplings
ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 teaspoons salt of warm water
- about 300 g of fresh leaf spinach
- 250 g sheep's cheese
- 1 bunch of parsley
- oil
preparation
- Put the flour and salt in a bowl and add warm water, mix everything until a smooth dough is formed.
- Form out of the dough about 18 beads and place on a floured board. Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough balls rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile wash the leaf spinach well and drain.
- Carefully divide the feta cheese and chop it with a fork.
- Wash parsley and chop finely and add to the cheese.
- Cut the drained spinach into small pieces and add to the cheese. Mix everything together well
- Flourish a work surface and roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin. The dough should be rolled out relatively thin.
- Approximately Spread 1, 5 tablespoon of spinach and cheese mixture on one half of the dough flat and cover with the other half. Press the edges firmly with a fork.
- Approximately Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and roast the dumplings golden brown on each side.
Bon appetit :) The dumplings can be eaten cold or warm. Of course you can also use another filling. e.g. Minced meat, potatoes, etc. Have fun trying it out.
