Schabziger or gypsy clover - do you already know that?

I've discovered it at some point, you can not find it anywhere in the shops, in the "general" offers almost never, but ask and-browsing is worthwhile, but I have not grown it grown.

It is to be used when cooking vegetables, and is to be classified by taste in the group Maggikraut or Liebstöckl and the like.

Friends have let me bring it to the taste. :) Try it out too. (and tell me how I got you excited about it)
