Soda in salad dressing
Soda in salad dressing neutralizes the acidity, which we absorb far too much with our food today anyway. Here is a delicious simple dressing suitable for almost all salads:
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar (balsamic vinegar)
- 1 pinch of soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
mix well with a fork or a whisk. The soda lathers up the whole thing a little.
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
Now add while stirring until everything gives a smooth mass.
Now you can add herbs or garlic to your taste, but only shortly before serving the salad.
