Salad dressing after "nuts"

Salad sauces have become very diverse nowadays. One of my favorite salad dressings I introduce here quickly:

ingredients

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • fruit vinegar
  • olive oil
  • hot mustard
  • vegetable stock
  • honey
  • if necessary, a little water

preparation

Put one tablespoon of vinegar into a cup, stir about 1.1 / 2 tablespoons of olive oil with half a teaspoon of mustard, add half a spoonful of open vegetable broth and mix with a little honey. If you do not like honey, I recommend wheat syrup.


It gives a tart, slightly sweet salad sauce, very little by the way, which fits perfectly with salads, which bring a little taste itself, so rocket, chicory and oak leaf.

by the way - a small tip from the gastronomy - salad sauce is used very sparingly, either gently sprinkled over the salad - or - the more rustic method - wash hands and thoroughly pass the salad by hand. You can and should still serve it with salad servers :-)

Nowadays it is not common to drown the salad in sauce - give it a try - I'm sure it tastes good. By the way, salads have to be swiveled very dry. If the sauce is watered down, it does not taste that good anymore.

Variants for corn salad: Known is roasted bacon with onions and bread - but very fine is also just in winter to poultry roasted half walnut kernels. This gives the salad a wonderfully nutty taste - a small dash of orange juice instead of fruit vinegar makes the sauce to a poem.
