Boiled sausages retain the taste
Had this tip from a star chef- boiled sausages do not lose taste when you put a "sacrificial sausage" in the pot. Ie. one of the sausages is cut small "sacrificed".
I thought it was a pity about the sacrificial sausage!
The same effect has m. E. well-salted water in which the sausages are heated. The water is already "saturated" and does not leach out the sausages anymore.
Works just as well with Wienerle as with white sausages and all others!
