Just take a small bucket (I have a 5l bucket), wash in, boil water in the kettle, on the laundry, if necessary repeat procedure until the laundry is covered. My doctor at that time said in my illness, the corresponding pathogens would be dead in the heat immediately, a contact time is not required. In case of doubt, ask your doctor what your condition looks like.
So, and now just empty the bucket of water and laundry into the washing machine (if you have chosen the bucket so that it has a smaller diameter than the porthole of your washing machine, that is not a problem), with laundry (eg 30 °) fill , wash at the low temperature (here: 30 °).
And to prevent the first questions: My bucket has never had any problems with the boiling water, deformations are not recognizable, the washing machine throws only the child safety lock when she realizes that she has such hot laundry intus, so only close the porthole, if everything is in it and it can go ;-) Who worries about his machine, of course, can also cool the laundry a little or "drain" before he does it in the machine. And if your laundry can handle 100 ° C or not (my laundry with a high percentage of cotton: yes!) You have to know for yourself ...
And: This tip, of course, only mimics the sterilizing effect of the cooking program! If you have another reason to wash your lingerie with the cooking program, you have to check for yourself if this tip will lead you to the goal.
