Cheese cake without bottom - the third

Ingredients:

400g double cream cheese
500g low-fat quark
1 packet of custard powder (vanilla, cream or almond flavor)
300g sour cream
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
150g sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 packets of lemon zest
150ml sunflower oil
125ml whole milk


Preparation:


All ingredients except the egg whites in a bowl and mix with the blender.
Carefully lift the stiffly beaten egg whites under the mass.

After baking for 35 minutes, cover the cake (preferably with baking paper).

Cook at 150 ° C (hot air not preheated) or 170 ° C (preheated top / bottom heat, bottom rail) for about 70 minutes.

Gas: Level 2-3 lower rail (not preheated) also 70 minutes.

Allow cake to cool on a cake rack in the mold (takes about 2 hours).
Remove from the mold, place on a cake plate and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
(Tastes great without powdered sugar!)
