These ice chocolates with eggnog can be made very quickly in the freezer, you do not need an ice cream machine.
One can use an ice cube container or simply a plastic insert of a chocolate wrapper. But there are also chocolate candy molds or smaller muffin cases that are suitable for it.
ingredients
- 150 ml of cream
- 150 ml of buttermilk
- 50 ml eggnog
preparation
Just mix the cream with the buttermilk and the egg liqueur well and pour the mixture into the molds, then from there into the freezer.
After at least 3-4 hours (better but overnight), the chocolates are ready to enjoy! At your discretion, you can also do something with something? Icefix? to be decorated.
