Idea for a wedding gift: Schoolday for freshmen.
Weddings are great! But give something?
Almost everyone gives something practical such as toaster, bread maker, pans, etc. which is great, after all, the newlyweds need practical things. I did not want to. It quickly comes to double payments.
To give money? Jooooah ... nice folded or packed is nice, but I did not want either.
I came across an idea in the craft shop of my trust rather by chance. There was grad Schultütenausverkauf and they also had white bags.
So I made the bride and groom a "Eheanfängertüte". There are virtually no limits to the imagination.
For the content I have considered the following:
? Pacifier (as a baby luck charm)
? Scented candles (for the time of two)
? massage oil
? Mini Cookbooks
? the order form for the pizzeria if that does not work with the cooking
? Oropax
? great cookery and tradition book (each family has their own recipes and traditions, a marriage creates a new family, so I stuck a notebook with pictures from a cookbook and baking booklet and glued two delicious recipes into it as a start, now it's the new one Couple of new traditions and recipes to record)
? Communication books (I took 2 small notebooks and covered them with pretty wrapping paper.) Everyone gets one and now the spouses should be able to write what they like about the other person, what bothers them, what has hurt them, what they want from each other (if it's garbage or a foot massage)
? 2 Frühstücksbrettchen (a bit of practical may also be)
Of course I did not take everything ... and every pair is different. I now had a very young and old-fashioned couple to present.
In less old-fashioned couples you could handcuff or something similar spicy with pure. Again, your imagination knows no bounds (at the most as far as the place in the bag)
