Making pizza dough in the bread maker

Many people use ready-made pizzas because they are afraid of the yeast dough.
Quick, uncomplicated and also quite cheap I prepare my pizza dough in the bread maker. I put in all the ingredients, set the menu to prepare dough, shut up and let the machine work. The dough preparation lasts 1 ½ hours. During this time I can deal with other things. If I have not got any time yet, the dough also likes to stay longer in the machine. Remaining dough can also be frozen in lump form and thus takes away little space in the freezer.

Basic recipe (enough for a large fat pan or 2 pizza dishes (30-iger)
in very thin soil also for 3 pizza dishes

Crumble ½ cubes of fresh yeast,
(or 1 bag of dry yeast)
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar (so that the yeast rises) and with
4 tablespoons of olive oil and
Mix 250 ml of warm water (microwave, 700 watts, 1.30 minutes)
Mix 500 g of flour with 2 teaspoons salt and pour on it and knead.
If the dough is too sticky after completion, dust some flour and knead again by hand.

Pizza topping for 2 pizza dishes or a fat pan:
Clean 1 kg of fresh mushrooms, cut into leaves and fold
Chop 3 large onions and sauté
1 cup of crème fraiche and
Add 1 cup of milk, fry and reduce.
Season with salt, pepper from the mill and a pinch of sugar.
Brush the pizza dough thinly with hot ajvar (pepper mixture is ready to buy in the glass)
(but you can omit)
When the mushroom topping has cooled, place on the pizza base with the ajvar.
Sprinkle with pizza cheese and bake at hot air 170 ° C in 30-40 minutes.
