Use the waiting time: Gymnastics at the bus stop

The waiting at the bus stop is so boring. That's why I'm doing stretching exercises with my arms and walking on tiptoe.

People look funny, that's clear. Everyone is silent and does not move. Sometimes 10 minutes and more. This time is too bad for me. I do something, these exercises.

There is always a wall or something else where you can do the stretching exercise for the arms. One hand against the wall and then strong against. Legs are slightly apart and knees are slightly bent. Take a deep breath, press the arm while exhaling, relax.

A great exercise is to tiptoe. Good for balance and for the foot muscles. If you travel a lot by public transport, do something for the fitness!
