Pasta salad with tuna and rocket

This is my absolute favorite salad with noodles and tuna and all the fine things and the perennial favorite in the family and in the circle of friends.
ingredients
- 250 g farfalle pasta
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 1 big glass of capers
- 400 g of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bag of pine nuts
- 1 pack of rocket
- Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- white balsamic
- salt
- pepper
preparation
- The noodles are cooked and allowed to get cold.
- In a large bowl, mix the tuna with a little of its own juice, the capers as well and the halved tomatoes.
- Pull the rocket into pieces and add.
- The pine nuts are roasted and also stirred.
- Salt and pepper as needed and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The quantities are flexible according to taste. The salad should not be too dry later.
- Add a bag of grated Parmesan. Of course, you can plan a sufficient amount even from one piece. I think the finished version is practical and the pieces have a perfect size.
- In the end, fold in the cold noodles and let the salad soak ... It rarely happens with us, because everyone immediately leans on it.
