Remove sting or wood chips with olive oil bath
The other day we had to try out the following: GöGa had splinter u. a. captured by blackberries.
The spines or splinters - do not know exactly - are very difficult to remove.
Nachbar advised: Swallow your finger in warm olive oil for some time, then the splitter can be easily removed.
We've done it so far that the finger with the splitter in it, was held for some time on water vapor. That actually helps very well to remove the splinter.
Anyway, that worked fine with the olive oil this time.
