Totfress salad

Now that the grilling time starts again, I have a great recipe for a not ordinary pasta salad. He lives up to his name (according to family and friends).

For 4 people:
250 g pasta (Eliche or small macaroni)
2 cans of tuna in oil
150 g of bean sprouts (can also be from the glass)
1 stick of leek
1 small glass Miracel Wip
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp Maggi

Cook the pasta, cut the leek into fine rings, drain the tuna. Be sure to catch the oil.


Mix oil, soy sauce, Maggi and Miracel Wip into a homoge- neous mixture.

Let the pasta cool down. But still have to be lukewarm.

Add leeks, bean sprouts and the shredded tuna to the noodles. Now put the sauce over it and carefully under the noodles.

Let it soak in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

Stir again carefully before serving.
