Vanilla kipper "breading" - balls for the whole year
The one hint requires the next:
To effectively roll vanilla kipper into powder / vanilla sugar, I shook it in a larger freezer bag containing the sugar mixture.
Unfortunately, the Kipferlform is not suitable, the things break too easily! So I formed BALLS!
They keep the procedure flawless.
And who loves Vanillkipferl and does not dare to bake / eat / offer this typical Christmas cookies in March, etc., which can invariably fall back on the spherical shape!
Maybe you remember a pretty name for this "new" pastry?
