  • 1 cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat

  • 1 mozzarella

When the cabbage has cooled, cut out the stalk. Now the leaves can be released carefully. Take the desired amount of ground beef and wrap in one or two cabbage leaves. Do not take too much meat, then it will wrap better. Fix with a thread and lightly fry in the pan from all sides. When the cabbage rolls are brown enough, add broth and 50 min. stew on low heat. Anyone who has little experience can also put the whole thing in the oven. There at 180? Stew 200 degrees 1 h. Chop the remaining cabbage and add.
