Roasted tomatoes as a side dish to steak

I like to eat steak rather solo - but this side dish is just great ...
Fry tomato slices (about 1 cm thick) in a pan with oil at a relatively high heat - until they are lightly browned, then turn carefully and fry again.
Season with salt and pepper and finally drizzle over a bit of lemon or lime. I personally like it more sour.
I usually prepare this before cooking and then serve it lukewarm, just right for the meat, this sour taste.
