Bake canned bread

Bake canned bread - fresh, appetizingly round slices.

I like to bake wholemeal bread, but I have no shape that I really liked or fit (I bake from 500 g wholemeal bread mix from Aldi).

Today I removed from 3 tomato cans (pure tin cans without internal coating) the band and the cans carefully rinsed, brushed with oil inside and the dough (each 280 g) filled (the cans are opened with the turn-opener on one side). They were baked on the grid on the bottom rail, at 230 ° C for 10 minutes, then at 200 ° C for 40 minutes.

After baking and cooling, I also opened the lower lid and pushed out the bread. Since I have already cut off a few slices of it, I then pushed the bread back into the can and this closed with the lid - so it is still fresh.

Result: see picture - and taste it does very delicious and juicy! I'll definitely do that again.
