Roast beef fried and baked

For a person:

Lightly plate 1 roast beef (about 200g) (e.g., the back of a frying pan) and pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (takes about 10 minutes - depending on the stove). In a grill pan heat 3 tablespoons rapeseed oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Sear the roast beef on each side for 1-2 minutes and then sprinkle salt and pepper from the mill over it. Open the oven and put in the grill pan with roast beef and cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. After cooking, allow the meat to cool on the plate for about 2 minutes, so that the heat can be evenly distributed in the meat.

Side dish: fries or lettuce with vinegar oil dressing
