Make lemon candles
Lemon / Lime candles are very easy to make and look very pretty as decoration, for example. on the garden table.
The peels of citrus fruit are very good as a candle, they also smell very pleasant. You could still plug in some cloves, then the mosquito repellent would be perfect.
How to do it:
- Halve lemons, remove pulp (use for delicious lemon water, for example)
- Melt wax from old candles in a jar in the microwave or water bath and fill in the empty fruit bowls.
- After 10 minutes insert wick and allow to cool for a few hours and harden.
