Caipi snowballs
This is how it's done
- You need a biscuit fruit floor, bought or home-baked (maybe a casualty?)
- Then mix 80 ml of white rum, juice of 2 limes and brown sugar to taste.
- Cut the fruit soil into small cubes (1cm) and soak the biscuit well. Drain off excess liquid (or drink).
- Beat 2 packets of whipped cream with cream stabilizer.
- Mix cream and biscuit cubes and shape balls, for example in golf ball size.
- The balls can be rolled in white grated chocolate or coconut flakes, put in muffin paper cups, chill for a while and serve.
Always arrives very well!
