Caipi snowballs

This is how it's done

  1. You need a biscuit fruit floor, bought or home-baked (maybe a casualty?)
  2. Then mix 80 ml of white rum, juice of 2 limes and brown sugar to taste.
  3. Cut the fruit soil into small cubes (1cm) and soak the biscuit well. Drain off excess liquid (or drink).
  4. Beat 2 packets of whipped cream with cream stabilizer.
  5. Mix cream and biscuit cubes and shape balls, for example in golf ball size.
  6. The balls can be rolled in white grated chocolate or coconut flakes, put in muffin paper cups, chill for a while and serve.
