Cherry pie with cream dome

Made fast, but plastered just as fast. Make a sponge cake from the following ingredients:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g of ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp rum

preparation

Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Drizzle the cooled cake with 2 tablespoons rum. Lay the cake ring around the ground. Drain 2 glasses of cherries, collecting the juice.
Distribute cherries on the ground. Pour 500 ml cherry juice with 2 sachets of cake sauce and spread on the cherries.

Beat 1 cup of cream
Stir in 1 cup of sour cream.
Melt 100 g of couverture and fold under the sour cream.

Distribute on the cherries and serve the cake well chilled.
