Chicken soup Asian - for the cold season

Ingredients and preparation

1 chicken or chicken

in a broth of:


  • 1 1/2 liters of water
  • Salt, peppercorns
  • root parsley
  • 1 pickled piece of ginger
  • 1-2 chili peppers
  • 1 piece of lemongrass
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion with peel
  • Parsley green, lovage, thyme

Cook for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove chicken, trigger and chop, strain the broth (remove fat if necessary). Add chicken meat, 350g yellow turnips and 350g celery into the broth and cook for another 20 minutes.

Add pasta for the last 10 minutes.

Be careful with ginger and chilli, otherwise you'll start to sweat.
