Cold milk with chai tea ice cubes

The summer drink is very refreshing, tastes good and is healthy: I could drink cold milk with chai tea ice cubes all day long and it is very easy to make.

To do this, cook a chai tea, let it cool down and make ice cubes out of it. Then simply mix the milk with ice cubes and enjoy the little wellness trip.


You can make yourself a chai tea well, who has desire and the ingredients at home, this is how it works:

ingredients

  • 6 cups of water
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 5 green cardamom pods
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 deleted TL anise
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5-6 tablespoons sugar or honey, according to taste. I prefer sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Assam tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

preparation

  1. Boil everything except the tea in a pot and cook for about 2 minutes over low heat
  2. Now add the tea and let it rest for 10 minutes at the lowest level.
  3. Then strain through a sieve. Finished! Enough for about 8 cups and now just freeze or just drink like that.

As we know, chai tea is very healthy, cardamom soothes the stomach, improves digestion and works well against colds. Ginger also has an antispasmodic effect and is very good for the immune system.

In the winter I drink it warm and in the summer ice cold, try it, it will taste you.
