Curls without heat overnight

A tip on how to make curls without damaging your hair. In addition, the curls also last much longer than with a curling iron o. Straightener.

Maybe some of you know this twist, because it's quite common on YouTube, but for those who are not so active on YouTube, I'd like to write it down.

The only thing you need is: (wet) hair, a hair band and of course hands.

So if you've been combing your hair neatly after washing, (it's best for the hair if you do it with a comb and start from the tips and keep working up) you put the hair band like a sweatband on the head. Maybe the hair that is above the hair band pluck a bit so that they do not lie so flat on the head.

Then you always separate a strand of hair and put it under the hair band, so that the strand goes around the hairband once. The thicker the strand, the bigger the curl at the end.

So you do that on the first page. When you arrive at the middle of the back of the head, you release a strand and start at the other side.

When you're done with that, all the hair would have to be wrapped around the hairband, except for the strand you left behind.

Now you push the hair back a little way and put the strand under the hair band.

If you want the curls to be a little more relaxed and not so tight, you can pull the strands out a little bit. If you are worried that you will move too much while sleeping and everything falls out, you can pin your hair a bit with bobby pins / hairpins or hairpins where you are not sure.

A little hint:

If you do not like your curly hair the next morning, why, you can make a ponytail that looks very noble.

Oh, and in the picture, my hair is dry. Since they were not so handy, so have also created such large gaps. This should not be. Just put it in, because it should look like this in the end

Have fun trying!
