Currant Muffins

  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • 100 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 80 g soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g buttermilk
  • about 200 g of redcurrants

preparation

  1. First mix all "dry" ingredients.
  2. Then in another bowl stir the remaining ingredients together with the blender.
  3. Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
  4. Stir in the dry flour, hazelnut, etc. mixture into the butter-egg-buttermilk mixture.
  5. Finally, carefully fold in the currants. Fill the dough in muffin cups and bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. If you like you can dope with icing sugar, but you do not have to.
