Had the problem that the perlator in the kitchen faucet was so calcified that I could not unscrew it even with the pipe wrench.

Take a freezer bag, mine has 1.25 L. Put a packet of quick dime into it. Now pull the bag over the faucet and fix it with two or three rubber rings around and above.
Hold on to the bag and slowly turn on the water until the aerator is submerged. Wait some time, open the bag, tadaaa ... Perlator can be turned off again ... (which does not do anything on a Saturday morning ...
