Dressing for colorful salads
ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salad mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tbsp quark
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons ketchup or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tbsp cognac
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients, finely chop the herbs and garlic and strain.
Season with salt and pepper.
