chocolate Sauce

Here I share with you, my self-developed recipe, for a quick and SAULECK chocolate sauce. Much better than bought and you do not even need chocolate.
ingredients for 4 persons
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (no instant powder but real cocoa)
- 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 g of flour
preparation
- Mix the ingredients well when cold, to avoid lumps.
- At medium heat, bring slowly to a boil. (Attention: if the heat is too high, something on the bottom of the pot will break down quickly.)
- Let it boil briefly with constant stirring, done. Allow to cool or enjoy hot.
